Charlton Recruitment was opened up in July 2014 by Nicola Cookson. After working in recruitment for many years and gaining a huge amount of experience at events at Aintree, and Chester Racecourses, the Grand Prix, Gold Cup, LFC and Edgbaston Cricket Ground, Nicola decided to use her wealth of knowledge to establish her own premier recruitment agency.
